Jigs & Reels
Fishing Adventures
About
I was born and raised in a small fishing town Burin, NL and grew up basically with a fishing rod in my hand. Rain, wind, snow or shine I’d always find a way to sneak off looking for that next great catch. I came to BC on a salmon fishing trip with my Dad and while we were fishing out of Sooke I said you know what I think I could live here. So after that trip I basically packed up and moved to the west coast. A long way from home but there’s saltwater here so I think that’s truly home for me and where I belong. Once I got settled here in the Comox Valley I was booking charters with other boats and then eventually became friends with some of the local guides like Sean Fredrikson and just soaked up every bit of west coast fishing knowledge I could pack into my brain. This led to me doing my SVOP, MED-A3, ROCM and marine first aid then purchasing a brand new welded aluminum to start chasing the dream of fishing and being on the water full time.

What my clients are saying
Been looking for the best charter around ? Look no farther. This will be the 5th year in a row we will be going with Scott and every time we’ve had a blast and caught lots of fish 10 out of 10 recommend him to anyone who wants to get out and do some of the funniest fishing you’ll ever do, cause who wants to sit up on a salmon river casting a fly for months straight when you can reel in constant fish all day anyway!
